All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
3. Rates & Payments
All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the rate plan selected.
We accept major payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
4. Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate or promotion selected at the time of booking.
Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled date may result in a no-show charge.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the villa during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged accordingly.
7. Occupancy
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded unless prior approval is given.
8. Facilities & Services
All facilities and services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
We strive to ensure all amenities are available, but temporary interruptions may occur.
9. Liability
Casa Liza by the Sea is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, except where required by law.
Guests are advised to take care of personal belongings at all times.
